Please note that you must obtain a license from Apple before you ship products that include Apple’s Installer software.  Also covered in the Installer license agreement are the compression/decompression action atoms.  Fee varies depending on the method of distribution (commercial, non-commercial, internal, etc.)  Contact Software Licensing for more details.  Pricing terms are listed in the agreement.

The terms of the Installer license are subject to change without notice.  The debug version of Installer 4.0.8 cannot be licensed for distribution.  You may provide a debug version of Installer 4.0.8 and the Installer Debugger to individual customers to diagnose specific installation problems.
